Graduate Programme

Applications for our annual graduate programme are open until 17 April this year. Should you meet our requirements, you will be shortlisted for a round of simple assessments and an interview. If your interview is successful, you’ll start at our offices in Centurion on 3rd May 2021.

As part of our annual graduate programme, you'll get:

  • An allocated mentor
  • A structured 9-12-month graduate training programme at our offices in Pretoria
  • Behavioural skills training
  • Technical on-the-job training
  • HR support to ease the transition from being a student into working life
  • To participate in developing software solutions that transform the daily
    functions of government. 

Graduate programme requirements

If you’re curious, committed, enthusiastic, attentive, dedicated, responsible and meet the following requirements, we want you to apply:

  • Have completed a BSc in Computer Science or similar
  • Have obtained an average of 65% or more for the duration of your studies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • A passion for technology and drive to be the best at your craft
